Hi, i posted a reply as soon as you posted this question about prk avenue, but i cant seem to find it as it got merged with another thread???

I was at park avenue this year (jan), for 2 weeks.
Nice hotel, reasonable swimming pool. Staff great, but do not get a ground floor room.
This hotel is a standard 2 star in Goa, i have stayed at a lot worse.
Central location, close to the beach.
In my opinion, if you do not like this hotel, then you should really be looking at staying at a 3star or above, this hotel is excellent value for money!!!

Sheets changed everyday, rooms cleaned everyday, clean towels etc.
