I have read the hotel reviews and they look very favourable. We have booked for this hotel for June 2007.
Although we are half board can anyone give me an idea on the price of a meal for two in the evening with a few drinks thrown in. I just like to plan ahead and know what to expect price wise etc.
Never been to Croatia before and have been longing to go. It looks gorgeous.
Also we might go on a day trip to Slovenia as it is very close by. Anyone does this or any advise?
Thanks
Don't forget that the Croats and Slovenes do not use Euros, but it is relatively simple to get currency from holes in the wall!
Thanks Pippy thats great. Really looking forward to trying someplace different again.
We never bothered to eat out in the evening, went out for a special lunch once, but there are loads of restaurants, serving fresh fish, Italian dishes, sausages etc. reasonable prices.
Anything else you want to know, just ask!!
re trips the ones to lake Bled I think it is, is a very LONG trip about 5 hours coach ride each way....we didn't bother with it.
My partner booked the holiday as a Christmas present as I have always wanted to try Croatia. I am so looking forward to it.
Before he booked it he did a bit of research into which hotels were good, location etc, so I think he has booked a good one!
Thanks for your help. Probably nearer the time I will have more questions so I will be pestering you again! Thanks again.
