Does anyone know of the Parque Del Sol apartments in Costa Adeje? We are booked here for the week, and wonder what it's like/location/nearby bars and restaurants etc
Any comments or advice on the area would be much appreciated

Hi everyone, I'm new to the site and looking forward to my first visit to Tenerife on 3rd March
Does anyone know of the Parque Del Sol apartments in Costa Adeje? We are booked here for the week, and wonder what it's like/location/nearby bars and restaurants etc

I think Parque del Sol innn up towards the Bahia del Duke, 5 star hotel complex. Up behind Fanebe. A lovely area.
I think it is a timeshare resort.
I own a lot of timeshare. It suits me. NEVER ever ever buy timeshare in Tenerife.
If you go to a presentation, collate all the information, bring it home to the U.K., or where ever, and then decide,

We are travelling in a group of four and booked a package deal through First Choice. I wasn't intending on buying timeshare, I don't get to go on holiday that regularly unfortunately! We definitely don't plan to spend any of our holiday at presentations, that sounds too much like hard work to me

Didn't know the tour companies used PDSol, looks a lovely complex, very well kept when we had a look a couple of years ago, I thought it was timeshare too. Billboy is correct with the location, it is in a fabulous location very close to bars/restaurants/shops/beach. Lovely quiet area too without being too quiet.

My stepson stayed there last year and said it was very good,also near all the bars and resturants in Fanabe
He said there was quite a lot of German people there and a couple of noisey parrots!!.

It is a great place to stay.
Ask them not to give you an apartment on the frontside of the complex because there it can be a bit noisy and also there is a waiting place for taxis with all the noise etc. of it.
By the way, I have never heard that this would be a time-share complex...

I havent stayed at Parque del Sol, but do know where it is. Its close to where we usually stay. The area is great, nice beach at Fanabe, Troviscas and ( a bit more of a walk) playa del duque. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Have a nice stay, i am sure you will.
