Hi all, heading to ps4 in august and want to e-mail the complex to try my luck at asking for a sea/pool view, booked 2 weeks ago so maybe too late.
I cant find the e-mail ad for the complex anywhere though, can any one help?
Thanks
Try parquesantiago.com This will take you to all PS sites.
E-mail parque@parquesantiago.com hope this helps, i e-mailed them last week to see if they had any 3 bed accomodation left for christmas but they are fully booked. they replyed to me straight away so hopefully you will get a response. We are going there in August as we have done for the last 3 years, we love the place. Enjoy
Thanks
Who can point me in the right direction for private rentals for this complex.
4 different options/types of apartment would be good.

We've only been away once with the kids, and found family friendly restaurants and play areas a godsend (we were in Menorca).
Can anyone reccomend any family friendly places to eat for us, and tell me where to go for play areas for the kids - preferably within walking distance of the apartments (although we will have a car all week).
Many thanks for any advice - I will post a review when I come back!

Sorry I can't offer advice on play areas for the kids, but you'll be right next to the beach,in a lovely area, where you're staying.
Right opposite your apartments,La Trattoria (which is one of the Restaurants belonging to the Parque Santiago complex..no3) is very family friendly,as is the Bier Pinte a few yards along the road, also the Plaza Cafe in front of Parque Santiago 5. The waiting staff at each of these places will make a huge fuss of the kids. Always noticed they absolutely adore children...especially the little ones.
There are plenty of Restaurants in the surrounding area, and any time we've been, plenty of kids dining out with their parents. Hope you have a great time.
Have a look at http://www.parquesantiago.com
You'll get an idea of some of the Restaurants/Cafes that belong to the complex on here.
Thanks Fiona - from what you say we should be OK - I plan to take things for the children to do when we go out to eat, so even if they can't run around, as long as the places we go to tolerate two lively young boys we should all be happy! Thanks also for the link to the apartments web site - I had no idea there were so many places to eat right on the doorstep so to speak!
You'll probably find that they'll not just tolerate your two little boys, the waiters wil join in on their games and toys! Lol.
I'm positive you'll all have a fantastic time.
Can the children use the lilo's etc in the pool.
Is it expensive for drink and food.
Any other comments would be brill.
Can't wait
I think you will find there is a law in tenerife that lilos/inflatables may not be used in pools. i stand to be corrected on this but i am sure i have seen this question on another forum
The reason being that should there be too many in the pool it obstructs the view of lifeguards and a little un could quite easily get trapped underneath without anyone noticing
Has anyone ever stayed in a studio in Parque Santiago 4? Can you tell me what they're like and are they very small? Thanks.
We stayed at PS4 in September and were in a Studio - the room was great, quite spacious with small kitchen and bathroom - most studios overlook the pool. If your lucky you will get a studio with a large terrace which have sunloungers in them. I wouldnt hesitate rebooking here.
We're going for Christmas and I was a bit worried as we usually stay in hotels but now you've reassured me I'm really looking forward to it!
i'm sure you'll enjoy it. we were booked into a 1 bd apt, but asked to be moved as we were above the steakhouse !!! we were delighted with the studio we had - everything was kept nice and clean. This was our 4th time to Tenerife and best so far. Nice studio, great swimming pools, central for shops and restaurants. wish i was going back too !!
stay at ps4 does any one know the email address to get in touch with them
e-mail parque@parquesantiago.com
just returned from a week at PS4, our 4th visit, stayed at PS3 first in 1992. At that time they were just building the Pyramid nightclub/casino. Safari shopping Mall did not exist although the shopping centre below PS3 was obviously there, since then we have found PS4 much nicer (although PS3 is also nice). Pool area at PS4 much more private with loads of sunbeds. We have always found the accomodation very clean and have had no problems booking direct with them on the internet. We have always asked for a pool/sea view and have always been given one (in April). In our opinion this is the nicest spot between Los Christianos and Puerto Colon, it has always been more expensive for eating and drinking out in this area than other areas in Tenerife but we noticed that it was quite a bit more expensive this year due to exchange rate. If you are there for a special occasion and want somewhere nice to eat try El Faro upstairs opposite Rte Beir Pinte, a bit pricier but has a lovely terrace and very attentive staff. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
