I don`t know how to post a direct link to this but I was browsing the Telegraph Travel section when I came across a letter sent by a customer of Virgin.
It is titled Virgin:the world`s best passenger complaint letter.
Certainly worth a read , I found it in the travel news section in travel most viewed.
Brilliant!
FANTASTIC WHAT MORE CAN I SAY . YOU GO GIRL DONT HOLD BACK . LET THEM HAVE IT, OR SHOULD I SAY < HIM < LOL
