Hi Jules,

I renewed my passport back in Feb 10 and received it back with 4/5 days. Likewise with our son's passport .... we posted his off in Oct 10 and received it back within 4/5 days.

Thanks- i am so glad I used check and send- the photos- even though they were done at Max Speilman (spelling) were wrong so I had to get them to redo them, i had used the wrong black ink (gel pen instead of biro) and I had crossed a mistake out and it was unacceptable.
Well it's gone now- so fingers crossed!
