Hi Tracey, as i remember there was only 1 bar in the village (or maybe only 1 worth visting!) apart from that people tend to use the hotel/pool bars. You're not far from Kremasti though where you'll find a bit more choice. The next village North, Trianda will give you even more options and Faliraki is not a great distance by taxi (Pastida is close to the main road that cuts across the island from the airport to Faliraki).

Not sure about the cost of visiting Turkey as the last time i went i think it was still drachma! The cheapest way is to book directly in the harbour though and go for the hydrofoil rather than the ferry, it only takes 45 mins.
