Companies can be a law unto themselves - you can always go to ABTA and raise your issue with them

I'm alreadybwith a solicitor though does that matter ?
Regardless of whether you are with a solicitor, you should still feel free to lodge a complaint with ABTA - it's what they are there for in these circumstances
