There are many in Georgetown. There was one in Batu Ferringhi but it didn't always work. Its only a couple of punds for a taxi into Georgetown - around 20 mins but there maybe others closer by.

pretty sure when we were there,we were told, there was one in the golden sands.
however the one we used was,across from the golden sands,there is an open air place,if you like,where there are food stalls & stalls.that sell dvd's etc.if you go behind there,there is a cash machine.you have to go through a glass door & it is just a little room.with the atm inside.
or if you are stood outside mcdonalds,look across the street,to the left & you will see it.
