Hi everyone
My partner and I are getting married in October 2010 in Cyprus. We are going with our 5 children (ages 17, 12, 11, 10 and 8). We are staying at the Tsokkos Garden Apartments in Pernera.
We abooked a civil ceremony at Paralimni Town Hall for Friday 22nd October.
We would like some information on the following from anyone who can help please.
1. Tsokkos Garden Apartments - has anyone stayed at this complex before and if so what is it like?
2. Pernera & Protaras - what are these resorts like? Are they suitable for children?
3. Restaurants - after our civil ceremony at Paralimni Town Hall we would like to go out for a meal for lunch and then again in the evening somewhere different than where we go for lunch. Can anyone suggest any nice family restaurants in Paralimni, Pernera or Protaras that would be suitable for a meal following a wedding ceremony for myself, my partner and our 5 children?
4. Paralimni Town Hall - has anyone married at this location and if so were you happy with the service you were given and the ceremony etc?
5. October weather - what is the weather usually like mid to end October in Pernera/Protaras?
6. Car hire - we are thinking of hiring a 7 seater car for a few days of our holiday, can anyone suggest a local car hire company?
I think that's it for now, thanks in advance for the info

Just be aware that the last week of October is the last week of the tourist season (generally) in Protaras/Pernera.

With regards where to eat, what sort of restaurant do you want?
That will help members come up with ideas.
