That doesnt sound like the right address. We stay at Playa Pocillos Apartments and they are in Matagorda, PDC.
I think that could be their head office address as the owners do have more than just these apartments. Tias is where much of the administration is done for PDC, so that could explain the address.
Pocillos apartments are really nice though, basic but clean and great value for money. We are staying there again in a few weeks.

Apparently there are 2 Playa Pocillos, one is Matagorda and the other Playa Pocillos Spa in the Playa Pocillos area which used to be called the Cactus apartments.

the address being wrong could be an issue, was the only one i could find?
where is it in relation to the airport? as i did find another possible address and that backed onto it.

PDC is in a district (county?) called Tias.
Everywhere in PDC,Matagorda and Pocillos (and others) has a Tias address.
