Can someone please tell me wether it's cheaper to buy Golden Virginia
tobacco on the flight going to Tenerife or will it be cheaper to buy it over
there.

Don't buy anything on the plane. Cheaper there
I would also like to say that you also need to stick to your allowance as they are very strick at the Customs on the way home.
And buy locally before coming home, not at the airport. Have a lovely time
