i've just spend half term, mon to fri, and it had to be the worst holiday i've ever had!! there was so much wrong with it, that i don't know where to start!! as we pulled into the place you could see how tatty the place was, and that was before we saw our chalet. in the main building it was all very depressing, in good need of a renovation. when we got into our chalet, there was a bag of rubbish in the middle of the lounge floor, my husband took it out and there was food all over the lounge and kitchen floor, so it hadnt been hovered. it was filthy, all of the plates, cutlery etc all needed washing, the smoke alarm was left on the table with the battery left out, the bathroom was real tatty. have to say they had cleaned the toilet and sinks well. we also never had nothing in the grill of the oven, no frying pan, no oven pans and one saucepan, we then got locked into the chalet, as the lock on the door didn't work proberly, which was a real fire hazzard!! luckily we had friends next door so had to pass the key through the window so we could get out!! then the door to the bathroom would shut!!!! i would never go to a pontins again
