Transfer time to Kusadasi from Bodrum airport is about 2.1/2 to 3 hours. The best airport for Kusadasi is Izmir, transfer time is approx 1 hour.
Their is also a much wider choice of airlines flying from UK to Izmir, depending upon your local airport.
Can't help with the hotel choice as we generally stay in small pensions/hotels.
