Hi I am new to this forum, but I need help

My Fiance and I are getting married in August and we are going to Kuredu for our honeymoon. Unfortunately we have only just received information from our tour operator that building work is being carried out in the resort. Which is a long time after the work has started which I believe was in April.

It would be great if other people could let me know when they were informed by their operator of the impeding work on the island. I would like the dates when you were informed and the length of time between being informed and actually going to the resort

It's a little bit too late to change islands now, and, after spending all that money we feel that the service has been poor and wish to make a formal complaint and your evidence of early dialogue between yourselves and your tour operator would help back up my compliant.

The evidence I gather will be in the strictest of confidence and no names will be forwarded.

We are still looking forward to going to Kuredu and I am sure we'll have a fantastic time.
