Haven't stayed at this particular hotel, but stayed at the Radisson in Warsaw last year. An upmarket hotel with lovely rooms but any extras are very expensive - coffee and tea was the same price £2 for a small cup. Two glasses of wine set us back £8. Have a look at the main Radisson website as the one in Warsaw was exactly as described. Like all large chains we found it lacking the personal touch but that's just our opinion.
