The Thomas Bay Hotel has had some renovations done this year according to another website. No children are allowed this year. The village of San Stefanos is only small (I notice you are only 20) and has no big nightclubs etc. so if you are sure about the location I would say go for it. There are lots of great tavernas and the beach is lovely and clean with the sea gently shelving.

The Thomas Bay always seems to get good reports on the very active Forums on the Corfu Travel Guide web-site http://www.agni.gr including from this year's visitors.

It is in the centre of San Stefanos and handy for restaurants and tavernas. I have read that it is worth paying a bit extra for a room with a balcony.
