A friend of mine (who is know for exaggerating the truth
) was telling me that himself and his girlfriend went to Bristol airport for about 5:00am, and told me that if you wait around they advertise late holiday deals (presumably because people haven't arrived or cancelled), is that true? He said you can't fail as they advertise 50+ throughout the day!He said he managed to pick up a four star hotel two week package deal to Barbados for about £300 each!
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as if it is true I might consider doing it!!
I have also heard of this (but don't know if it is true), someone who we got "talking" to in benidorm told me they often packed up, and went to their nearest airport, and got a cheap holiday this way. I was also told, that it is possible to do this, and just pay for the names changed on the tickets, - this way, getting an even cheaper holiday!
