Dn't stay in the Kamat as we stay in our own place for the winter but meet lots of people in "Bonnies Bar" who stay in the Kamat year after year and love it and our Indian nieghbours eat there about 3 time a week.
The pool area is brilliant - very large pool and another kids pool - gym on the side if you want it - near to lots of restaurants and about a 7 minute walk to the beach.
The Kamat is situated in a good area for shopping - near to the beach - and just about whatever else you want.

Thanks for the info thatmanhere, my friends have already booked it as they had an offer they couldn't refuse! Sad thing is though they arrive the day before we leave still we will at least get to spend our last night in Goa in excellent company. I shall be sooooo jealous that they will be enjoying the beach while we are going through the hell they call Dabolim. Oh well, such is life
