hi, i have been to malgrat de mar in october before although it was a few years back when i was pregnant with my first child who is now 4. from what i can remember there was still some things open, and if your son walked up the main street or got a taxi to the neighbouring resort santa susanna there should still be clubs open, which is not far and would only cost a few euro's in a taxi. that if he is old enough to venture in to clubs. hope this helps. lisa.

Thanks for that Lisa. I will pass the info over to my son. We've booked but he's still not sure if he can make it. He is almost 18 so it sounds like there should be plenty for him and a mate to do if they decide to join us.
