got back from Alanya, Turkey yesterday, depressed with the weather and having nothing to look forward to so we want to book for next year shortly (we also have a money off voucher that needs to be used before oct. :lol:)

We're already planning to go away with my parents to Marmaris, so we just want a week away on our own. As it's going to be a 2nd holiday (and i'm a student :lol:) we want somewhere cheapish. We don't really want a long flight or transfer to hotel because we're only going for a week. All we really want is a resort with a nice, clean, sandy beach and a clean hotel with a bigish pool (the pool at the hotel we stayed at in Turkey was tiny!)

Neither of us have travelled much so have no idea of where we want to go.

Any recommendations?
