My friends have just come back from Greece and they were told that there was a Smoking ban in all the hotels and bars in Spain,Please could someone tell me if this is true as I have looked on the internet and could not find any mention of it.

There is a smoking ban here in Spain but you wouldn't think so going into most of the bars/restaurants here especially In Torrevieja. Some of the English restaurants are now non smoking but most of the Spanish bars still allow smoking. I haven't seen much differnce since it came into force.
