I read today in the Nahvind Times the government are thinking of introducing speed restrictors to bus's trucks etc. I think introducing brakes would be a start
I thought that horns were used in place of brakes.

I think brakes are classed as "opitional extras", which means extra cost, so they tend to forget the brakes and get a louder horn instead
Brakes AND tread on the tyres would be good 
hey...fizzy.whats wrong with having a little excitement in your life......wanting brakes and decent tyres indeed..........
