delhi is going to be featured in my 3rd and final trip report which i'll try to get posted by next friday....we stayed at the dolphinn (see hotel review)...despite the issue we had here, we'd probably be happy to stay there again. we had our own driver for 2 weeks and would recommend his company...pm if you need more info.
