im sure when i was there last year there was an internet cafe, just by the main road which the domus comes down to the beach next to the Kebab shop. ( its by the alley that leads up to chill bar )
Loads of bars have the Internet and it's free to use, just look outside them as they say if they have them, You will find a fair amount of Internet cafes also dotted around the resort.

theres one down the side road of the pop in bar, but there are quite a few round icmeler

theres a new one next to the navy hotel and opposite the prince not sure what it costs etc did not use it just wanted two weeks to chill out and it was great
internet in moonlight bar ,over road from tansas and down side road near travellers rest ,free if buying drink, 2 computors
to the right of tansas (looking at it) there are 2 internet cafes down that road
there is a new one accross from the babadan appartments.they do decent cakes too.
