Costa Teguise - supplies for a 1 year old?

hello
am going to los zocos apartments in april 2008 with my family. We will be celebrating my sons 1st birthday whilst we are there( and also my nephews 7th birthday) and I need to know 2 things if anyone can help:

are there any supermarkets nearby that sell baby milk/food nappies etc and are there any bakeries anyone knows of so we can order 2 birthday cakes?

Oh and tips on how to amuse a 1 yr old for a 4hr flight would be appreciated lol

If you post in the flights forum HERE I'm pretty sure there's a whole thread about amusing young children on flights, the mod for that forum will be able to merge your post :wink:

Hi ktbeevs

There is a Netto supermarket across the road from the main entrance of the Los Zocos - you should find pretty much everything you need in there. Not sure about a birthday cake, but you will certainly be able to get small cakes. Behind the Netto is a large shopping centre (Las Cucharas), can't remember if there's a bakery there though.
