Change flight times ?

Booked with co-op travel on monday to fly out on the 26th thought i was doin good paid a extra £20 for a early flight but now my friend has said she wouls of prefered the late night flight is it to late to change the flight now ? Thought someone on here might know but ill be givin them a bell in the mornin
If you are inside 6 weeks of travelling you can usually change the names for a small charge, but to change the flight I think would be classed as a cancellation.
