Have you had a look at the Siva Grand Beach. I couldnt fault a thing about it, apart from maybe the food got a bit reptative in the second week.

Hi weve just got back from the grand resort in hurghada, we had our two kids with us 9 and 6 and can highly recommend it, we had a fabulous time and cant wait to go again this would be a 1st for us as we never go to the same place twice but will definatly go here again

The two Hotels mentioned above have below average complaints over a 6 month period. Another good Hotel although further out is Melia Pharaoh.
