Going in September (can't wait - even missing the Gooner match!) - just wondering what bars and restaurants have opened/closed/changed hands over the last year.
Look forward to hearing from you.

The Bulldog Bar has been taken over by Tigger and Sarah as he closed Tigger's Bar for larger premises. You can find out a bit about them by going to http://www.bulldog-lanzarote.co.uk They show all the big games... so you might get to see your beloved Arsenal play anyway! They do the most amazing chips with gravy... mmmm my mouth's watering now!
The Village Inn has now closed unfortunately (shame, as their Sunday Roasts were lovely).
But Smiggy's Bar is still going strong with Madge and Ian (Smiggy). http://www.smiggysbar-lanzarote.co.uk They have a big screen in there for the footie too!
Kevin & Michael still have the Lively Lady Show Bar.
Ooh, Willie and Liz are still at the Highlander on Calle Isla de Canarias too.
And if you like a good English Breakfast (we do!), then go and see Jude and her hubby at The British Cafe, in the centre just to the right of bandstandy looking bar (Snug?) on Calle Islas de Canarias... or nip into "Coffee and Cream" (in the small centre opposite the post office).
Or get a bus/taxi down to Playa Blanca, and we'll see you down this end of the Island lol.
Have a great time!
Elle xx
We have already enjoyed the Britsh Cafe breakfasts so I am sure they'll be on our list.
As long as the sun's shining and the right team win on 15th September - I'll be the one with a large smile on my face!
