yes dave it still exists in Menorca we were there last week in calan bosch and also visited cala blanca can only speak for calan bosch where we found some menu del dia at around 10 -12 euros, having visited marmaris and gumbet we find spain to be about double in price to Turkey esp the boat trips and food.Hope this helps

thanx i know its more expensive than turkey but turkey is catching up price wise i have been to turkey twice this year and i fancied going back to menorca which is my favourite place but the prices just went too high so this deal i got is just too good to pass up , hopefuly it will get me hooked again on menorca

yes, there seems to be a menu of the day in most restaurants..it's the reason i'm half a stone heavier after my recent holiday!! they are really good value but not so good for the waistline!
