Just back from Marmaris. Found the price of drinks and food about the same as last year. Eating out is still very good value for money. What I did notice this year was the big increase in the price of the better designer fake jeans and t -shirts. Nigels shop across from the Taj Mahal was was off the worst. He wanted £30 or £40 for his jeans and about £15 for his t-shirts. If they continue to ask these prices people will start going to Thailand or buy the same stuff from e-bay.
