I booked a holiday online, had problem with computer ended up duplicating booking, holiday company credited my account no problem.
Easyjet say they have credited my account but after 14 days still no sign of the money, bank knows nothing about it.
Easyjet adament they credited my account, where do i go from here.
It is possible that a number or your details has been entered incorrectly. Have you spoken with your bank? Ask them to check that their system has not rejected the transfer. Both are not unknown.

You need to confirm the bank details of the account they have credited. It's entirely possible they've missed typed an account number as a similar thing happened to us - we got someone else's credit in our account!
