Has the money been taken out of your account for both rooms or just one booking gone through?

Have you explained the situation to Direct as they may be able to come up with a holiday for all 3 with amendment fee?

Get onto Direct asap and see if they have availability somewhere else for all 3 people. An amendment fee of approx £20-£30 may be charged to move the one booking.

When is the holiday for? If you have abit of time you will have time to sort out a holiday for the three of you. If soon less so. Do Direct not tape their phones? You can ask for a transcript for the call if they do. Did you get a booking reference when you booked for the two people?

Yes i got a referance number but says carnt find it says going to ring back 4 hours later no reply so rung a gain on her lunch My mum and dad are in their late 70 tis and their freind is 86 years .the lady on the phone says the holiday has gone now So i am rather mad I will wait for the phone call as i am geting madder now thanks to the replys sandi

Often the amendment fee is £50 within 14 days. I really can't see how it costs £50 per person. It is simple job that takes minutes and Maximum £30 all in would reasonable. I amended my holiday this year with thomsons and it person on the other end of the phone no more than a couple of minutes. The extra things they had to was issue new tickets for the flight, really need to that and have the resort book me into a different hotel.

Get onto direct holidays. They would of sent you a invoice confirming the booking. Seeing you believed you booked the holiday and the person at the other end didn't, try and get them to change with no amendment fee.

Hi just got it sorted after 3 phone calls They had a computer problem she says load rubbish any way moveing their freind into the hotel palma nova next door allinclucive and doing mum and dad the same So no holiday left in the palma nova palace but still honnering the price £5 82 pounds for 2 allinclucive so carnt grumble at that price Thanks who posted me sandi

The two hotels are very close together as you can see here The Palma Nova hotel is the one on the right of the roundabout whilst the Palma Nova Palace is the one to the left of the roundabout
