Just booked accomodation with Quickrooms for January in PDC Lanzarote.
Ive been many times before and stayed at the Fariones apartments. The intention was to book them again through Quickrooms, however the names appear to have been mixed up on their site with the Fariones Playa (a sister hotel) My booking says Fariones Playa, but the description on the site is of the apartments. The Fariones apartments have the description of the Playa. I only spotted the difference because I'm familiar with the place.
My booking confirmation only says Fariones Playa Apartments (no
further information is given)
What hotel am i booked for ? I would love to go to the Playa as it is far swankier (and more expensive!), but wouldn't be dissappointed either way. Should I just contact Quickrooms? Would I have grounds to keep my booking for the Playa if push came to shove?
Is there an accommodation address on the voucher? If there is, which property does it match?
If there's no address I would contact them. I'm all for making on a deal, but it is your holiday you are talking about.
There seems to be alot of loop holes for things these days. I wouldn't like to rely on it going my way if I were in your booties.
