Thats what we got told when going in August, apparntaly all EU coiuntries will require you to do this (not sure by when) but spain have decided to start early so iuts all in place when it starts, but when i got to the airport they just swiped my passport, and that was it no forms no questions

We filled ours in on-line through Easyjet
