hi everyone!
There are four of us going skiing in banff early january staying at the caribou lodge and spa in banff. We are wondering if we need car rental?
We will want to visit sunshine village and oprobably lake lousie, and maybe do some trips to other places depending on our time limts. Also we want to go shopping and maybe make trips to a supermarket.
With this info do you think we need a car or will we get by on the bus's?
Also is there taxis to hire if we cant be bothered waiting for a bus?
And, if we do decide to rent a car, do we neeed a 4x4 SUv type car or will a normal car do, something ;like a pontiac maybe?
Sorry for a ll th questions, thanks for your help!
Laura
Although I have no interest whatsoever in skiing Banff is the most wonderful place I have ever visited and my neice is so priviledged to live out there.
Sorry if this is not a great help to you but if there is anything else you would like a specific answer to please feel free to ask and I will enquire of my neice to give you a more positive answer.
Anita.
