I don't know what it is about Icmeler, but it keeps drawing you back. Best restuarants were Moonlight, Chef, Travellers Rest. I like to eat the Turkish food, but hubby hasn't stopped raving about the fish, chips and mushy peas in TR. Tried them myself and have to agree - the best!. Moonlight and Chef never disappoint, but all other places good. Best bars, Majestic, Friends, Dream Boys.
Met lots of old friends and visited my favorite jewellers, Firuze. Went on two trips - it wouldn't be a holiday without going on Captain Bullshit's boat trip.
This year visited Turunc for the first time - very pretty, but not as good as Icmeler IMO. Also visited the beach quite a few times this year - a first for us - and really enjoyed ourselves.
We have decided not to go next to Icmeler next year and I felt very sad when we left. However, already thinking if I can manage to fit in a week next year, but haven't told hubby yet though
