Well we love it, visiting twice a year for the past 3 years and plans to go back again next year.

Personally I wouldn't stay at the Luxor as we like to be centre strip and it's too far south for me.

Transport along the Las Vegas strip. We have just got back today and we found the bestg way to get along the strip was the deuce bus service$2 return journey pp per day or $5 pp for a day ticket, you can get on and off as you please and they go to downtown as well, they do tend to get packed and caught up in the traffic but beats walking if you are nipping in and out of the various hotels etc. We did the Papillion Grand Canyon Trip yesterday the one with the champagne lunch that lands in the canyon, cost us $314 dollars each and we booked it at a booth along the south end of the strip down just opposite the Monte Carlo Hotel, it was near to the shops where you can rent a roller or a ferrari or a scooter etc and the open topped london showbus is based there. We had a drink the Luxor and it was one of the newer and nicer looking hotels, the check in looked quite busy but people did not seem to be waiting long. We had a nice meal at the Rainforest Cafe at the MGM Grand, it is very popular but the service was pretty quick. We went to see Spamalot at the Wynn and we enjoyed it, was very funny and very well put together.
