We received an email from friends in Goa yesterday, Leanoras beach shack opens on Sat 29th september, of course that means the licences have been granted and the season is on the way, roll on the 19th of october
Actually the licences have not been dealt with yet, all over the coastal belt people just go ahead and start anyway. In the end it all works out, likely after Rupees change hands !! Alan
Sorry to misinform but Leonoras has not opened today. All to do with different permiisions now needed for shacks on private land. The Tourism Minister is in the USA at present so paperwork for the government shacks has not been issued yet!!
