Never been into Bkk by taxi but driven along the motroway past the airport into the city many times.
It's around the same distance as from the old airport - takes about 25 minutes into the city centre. Figure on under 200 baht taxi fare dependign on location on Sukhumvit plus expressway tolls, I think they'll be two tolls to pay to get to Sukhumvit 25 baht + 40 baht.
