Does anyone know of any cheap flights going to palma from the north east or leeds around half term week, we are wanting to fly out there for 5 0r 6 days around the 22ndoct but the flights prices are ridiculous. Does anyone know if they will come down nearer the time, it is my feeling that they go up. Thanks Diane.

Unfortunatly as its half term week the prices shoot up again!

Doing a quick search on jet 2 from leeds I can find an outward flight for £58 on monday the 22nd but the return flights for the sat/sun are in the hundreds!

you could go from Tees valley??? for £173 return but this is for a Sunday to sunday break with thomsons fly ....we have found sometimes the smaller airports have beeter deals on!

Flyglobespan operate from Durham Tees Valley (Teesside) airport but they are still in the hundreds unless you go Wed to Wed.

Flyglobespan do lower theirs nearer the date if there are seats left.

Hi Can anyone tell me if any operators have got their flights out yet for May 08, we are looking for last week of May from NCL to PMI. Would be willing to do Glasgow, Manchester, Liverpool or Blackpool. Have been looking about, but can't seem to find anyone (other than easyjet whose prices are high) who are advertising yet.

Hi Sarah I go to mallorca every year last week in May, keep looking on BMI Baby site, there flights should be released anytime now, if going by last years release or easyjet may be released normally November or December,although A few yeasrs back they where released in October.
I would just keep checking every night and day.good luck :lol:

Thanks everyone, I will keep looking. Mym mam and dad usually book with Jet2.com, however all the prices seem high at the moment. Will have to sort out with them if there is any way of changing dates, however my mam does not agree with me taking my son out of school, which is why we are looking at that week - school holidays.

Hi all, just an update, we have managed to book flights for next may. We are travelling with Jet2.com on Wed 28th May (half term week) and return on Fri 6th June 2008 and we are paying £94 each for the return. I didn't think that was a bad price - what does anyone else think?

See if you can find a really basic cheap holiday for the dates you want and just use the flights :wink:
