Hi, hope somebody out there can help me, I have booked the Bahia Principe San Juan for September, we are taking our two boys 17 and 13. Have read some awful reports on holiday sites, the ones on here are not too bad, but worried about the distance from the airport, I get terribly travel sick and not good on long journeys, this one is 1.5hrs from airport didn't know!! also the resort is very far spread out, youngest son has been very ill and is making a slow recovery, not sure if he is up to all the walking, so thinking of changing, can anyone recommend a really good quality hotel, very clean, good food, near beach, shops nearby, know its a big ask, but as we haven't been to the Caribbean before want the holiday to be one that we look back on with good memories. I have tried to change to the Iberostar Dorada but they're full up, just not sure what to do now or where to go, sorry for being so long winded but really do need some advice. Thanks loads Alison - oh by the way we are travelling with My Travel so that does limit the choice of hotels we can change to.
