The fact is that whilst Benidorm may have its problems, just like any other holiday destination including Turkey, there is nothing in tourism figures or holidaymaker feedback to support your suggestion that Benidorm is dying on its feet, and therefore another discussion on that subject is probably pointless.
I hope that you will find all the info and advice you need for your future holidays in our Turkey forum.

I would also like to point out to someone who made a comment about crime here in Benidorm....ofcourse there's crime as there is everywhere in the world but we've lived here over five and a half years and feel safer walking home late at night than we do when we go back to Britain to visit our family, it also shocks and worries us for our family when we hear almost daily on the news about stabbings, shootings and other violent crimes that are happening in the UK especially as alot of it seems to be commited by youths who are barely into thier teenage years.
One more thing most of the crime here is commited by illegal immigrants, only 30% by the actual Spanish!!
I will apologise now just had to get that off my chest.
Just wish some people would find out the facts before they make comment that could put others off coming to Benidorm, cause it really does have something for everyone

As I said last night, it is a subject which crops up every year. It is usually not the friendliest of discussions, which is sometimes the intention of the original author, and the topic just goes round in circles until it is eventually closed.
This particular circle is now closed for another year.
