I am looking to book a 21 night break in one of the Riu hotels in Torremolinos or Benalmadena starting 17/11/07.

I have stayed previously in both Riu Nautilus and Riu Puerto Marina, which were both excellent hotels in great locations. However looking on the Riu website the Riu Belplaya is substantially cheaper than these two, almost 400 eur cheaper than the Nautilus.

I know the location of the Belplaya and have read the reviews, it is in the quiter end of Torremolinos but apparently is to the usual high Riu standard.

Does anyone have any experiences of this hotel and know if there are many good bars in the locality. I'm not looking for wild clubbing but just good sociable bars reasonably priced open until 1am ish.
