Hi, have booked hol for 22nd May/5th June 2008 Windmill studios Zante. Ace reviews for accommodation! Thought weather better than Aug as we have a child. We like it pleasantly HOT not mental HOT!!! Now panicking that it won't be hot enough!(typical woman!) What are the evenings like? Trousers and jumpers or shorts and T-shirts? Have used this forum for years travelling to different countries and find it brilliant that you can get advice from people. Thanks for any replies. (and please tell me I will get a tan!!!!)

You've probably picked one of the best times to go, weather will be lovely, hot enough to tan but not hot enough to roast. You'll still need a fairly high sun factor for yourself and a high one for the kids.

Hi pondskater I wouldnt worry too much about the weather, although I havent been to Zante I have been to various parts of Greece every year and always go the last week of May/first week of June and its is always between 26-36 depending on where we go, (Halkidiki seeming to get the hottest) We travel with kids too and they have been going abroad since they were one, it is a good time to go. Plus you will also find that in May/June or September/October the resorts are less crowded with plenty of room on the beaches, sunloungers and restaurants etc.
