Hi, have never stayed at the Perdikia but we have walked past it and it looks good, talked to some people who stayed there while we were in Olu Deniz and they seemed very happy with it. Have you seen their website http://www.perdikia.com it is in a good position not far from the beach and the local restaurants and shops.
Olu Deniz I think is very good for couples and you have Hisaranou up the road if you like a bit more night life. My daughters and their partners all like going to Olu Deniz and find there is plenty there for them.
