We have stayed at the Jacaranda Hotel in Fanabe, which is an extension of PDLA and only a short taxi or bus ride away.
There are lots of bars and restaurants within close proximity of the Jacaranda.
This is a 4* hotel with good food, lovely pools and comfortable rooms. When stayed on HB basis, but I understand the hotel now offers AI. Try these links for more information:

Ibiza is also a good option for AI and great nightlife. Quite a few hotels in San Antonio Bay offer AI and are reasonably priced. I have stayed at the Nautilus Hotel on numerous occasions (see my reviews), and my teenage kids love the place - If you need any further help, let me know

We stayed in Fanabe too. Really enjoyed it. The hotel we were in was half board but there are plenty of A I around that area. Denny
