I merged your earlier post with the existing Cologne topic to keep all the Cologne information in one place. If there are several individual topic on the same place, most inevitably drop down the page and onto the next page and can be missed by members looking for information in the future.

Also, some members may have the Cologne topic as a Watched Topic and will be alerted to any new posts, unlike a new topic.
