Its been a couple of year since we were there but watching the children at the Sirenis Tropical they all seemed to be having a great time.
The accommodation is suites so brilliant for families, the only drawback could be the rather long transfer from the airport, about 90 minutes or so if I remember correctly.

Try the Golden Beach Holiday Village.
We took our 9 year old there, She had a great time. Plenty of organised activities day and night.
Staff are realy helpful.

yup, holiday village golden beach.. we didnt take children with us but every child there seemed to love it.
