I have a pm to be collected and I get this -

You have 1 private message currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages"¦ they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

However, I don't have a full inbox, which in any case I have altered to delete oldest message to make room. But, I don't understand what "release all on-hold messages" means.

The software is now set that if your inbox is full, any new messages are put on hold being received until such time that the inbox has been emptied.

Delete one of the old messages and then click the Release all on-hold messages link to get them delivered.

The new PM system has some very cute and advanced options. You can even set it to delete old messages when the inbox is full (similar to the old system).

The tuturial - which still is work in progress - will cover this in great detail in due course.
